While working as a children’s ministry assistant at a church in Vancouver, Washington, the Lord unexpectedly drew my heart into full-time missions. I moved to Pristina, Kosovo, in 2021 and quickly fell in love with the city, the culture, and the openness and willingness of the people to engage in conversation. I have now been serving for over 4 years at Newborn Brew, our community-based coffee shop in the heart of Kosovo’s capital.
Our team’s mission is to use Newborn Brew as a space to create personal relationships and share the Gospel and the love of Jesus with those around us. We have a small church called Kisha në Newborn (Church at Newborn) that meets on Wednesday nights at the coffee shop. During the week, I lead worship, teach Bible studies, host girls’ nights, and disciple a few young believers within Church at Newborn.
My heart is to share the hope and truth of the Gospel with those I live, work, and serve alongside through caring for their spiritual and physical needs.
