Daring Rest exists to share the Gospel of Christ where access to the Gospel and God’s Word has been hindered due to the remote, geographically demanding terrain. We use wilderness, adventure sports, and traditional sports as means to testify of Jesus Christ, build discipleship relationships, grow leaders, and offer rest, refreshment, and fellowship for ministry leaders.
As a Christian, I believe Jesus has called, equipped, and strengthened all believers to live a missional life, serving and loving all who cross our path in daily life and verbally sharing the Gospel that brings eternal life. At this juncture, I desire to use my professional wilderness guide skill set to build up the local and global Church.
