Jenilee Goodwin has served in ministry and missions since 2001, both in the U.S. and overseas in France, Senegal, and South Africa. She is an ordained Assemblies of God minister, a certified Professional Life Coach, and a trauma‑aware neurodiversity coach currently completing her master’s degree in social work through Spring Arbor University.
After more than a decade of cross‑cultural ministry and walking through her own story of emotional abuse, divorce, and rebuilding, Jenilee now offers compassionate, practical support to missionaries, pastors, ministry wives, women impacted by neurodiversity, women in burnout, and women navigating difficult or unsafe relationships.
She serves as the missions director at her church, writes for A Life Overseas, partners with Global Trellis, and speaks at conferences and churches.
Jenilee lives in Northern Michigan with her neurodivergent young adult daughters and her merle poodle, Brisket. She loves coffee, learning, reading, and sunshine.
Every Page: Coaching & Care for Missionaries, Pastors, and Women in Crisis
For more than 20 years, Jenilee has supported missionaries, pastors, ministry families, and women walking through complex and painful seasons. After 12 years overseas and many more in stateside ministry, she saw how many leaders and women carry deep emotional strain without access to affordable support. Many are isolated, under‑resourced, or unable to seek help due to finances, ministry expectations, or unsafe relational dynamics.
Every Page exists to meet that need.
Through low‑cost coaching, member/pastoral care, and practical support, Jenilee provides a safe, steady place for women to process their stories, heal, and find clarity.
Her work includes:
- Coaching for missionaries, pastors, and ministry wives
- Support for women in emotionally destructive or abusive marriages
- Neurodiversity‑informed coaching
- Member care intensives, debriefing, and on‑site visits
- Workshops, conferences, teaching, and speaking
- Group coaching
- Writing and resource development for global workers
With additional financial support, Jenilee will be able to:
- Offer coaching at reduced or no cost
- Travel to meet missionaries, pastors, and ministry families
- Provide broader intensives, debriefing, and crisis support
- Expand her work with women through events and local churches
- Continue her social work degree to increase her ability to serve
Her heart is to sit with people in the hardest pages of their story and help them find clarity, courage, and hope.
Coaching for every page of their story… even the complicated things.
