Why Just 1 Global?
Just 1 Global exists to support and strengthen ministry leaders around the world by coming alongside what God is already building in their communities. Rather than focusing on short-term, task-based mission work, we invest in long-term relationships with local leaders—helping provide the support, connection, and resources they need to sustain their ministry year-round. Our focus is simple: one leader, one ministry, fully supported. Through ongoing partnerships, communication, and intentional care, we help bridge the gap between global believers who feel called to serve and the ministries that are faithfully working on the ground every day. This approach allows us to move beyond temporary impact and instead cultivate lasting relationships, deeper discipleship, and sustained Kingdom growth across nations.
Who is Amy Allen?
I grew up in a mission-minded, outreach-oriented church and came to know the Lord at a young age. Serving others quickly became a central part of my life, leading me to participate in—and eventually lead—short-term mission trips throughout Central America and the Caribbean. My journey continued as I served on the World Race, traveling to 11 countries in 11 months, where I witnessed both the beauty of the global Church and the depth of need across cultures.
Along the way, I became a multistate licensed Registered Nurse, equipping me to serve in both practical and medical capacities within ministry. Over time, however, the Lord expanded my understanding of care—revealing that some of the deepest needs are not only physical, but found within the everyday weight of life, transition, and the condition of the heart.
In this season, the Lord has led me into more intentionally relational work—walking closely with individuals and families in the midst of change, helping carry burdens, bring order to what feels overwhelming, and create space for peace and clarity. It is often in these ordinary, unseen places that I have witnessed the Lord do profound Kingdom work—restoring lives, strengthening what has been entrusted to others, and drawing hearts back to Himself.
This same heart for relational ministry carries into my role with Just 1 Global- where I serve as the Ministry Advocate Partner.
Ministry Advocate Partner
My role in missions is deeply relational and largely behind the scenes.
I help identify needs from ministry leaders around the world, communicate those needs clearly, and connect them with individuals who feel called to serve. I support meaningful communication between teams in the U.S. and leaders abroad, help create alignment between vision and resources, and ensure that relationships remain strong through continued follow-up and encouragement.
In many ways, I serve as a bridge—helping ensure that no connection is lost and that every partnership has the opportunity to grow into something long lasting.
